My name is Shayla and I have been doing hair for 6 years. But doing hair has been in my blood since I was a child. I would design and primp my grandmother's wigs, french braid my own hair and others' at age 7, create updos for special events, cut my friends' hair, and paint nails....and then I grew up and realized that I am an artist and a social butterfly! I find enjoyment in serving others and when I can help people look and feel great...I get a sense of satisfaction.
Doing hair and nails takes patience, creativity, and heart. Those are the very things I strive for each and every day. Being a hair and nail specialist allows me to grow as a person. I believe that you should live life to the full - be all you can be - enjoy life - and get paid doing what you love!
